Your wedding day is a day you will want to remember always and here at Welford Road we know what goes into making this a very special occasion.

At Welford Road Stadium we work with a carefully chosen caterer who can provide you with an authentic Asian menu. However, if this doesn't meet your required taste then we welcome you to bring in your own caterer who will be able to provide you with your culinary preferences, giving you peace of mind on your big day.

Your reception plays a very important part in making the day memorable for you, your families and friends and we would be delighted to discuss your requirements with you in more detail.

To make the planning of your day as straightforward as possible, we have put together a range of drinks packages and menu options for your perusal. When you choose a full wedding package we will include:

• Hire & set-up of the suites.
• Use of our banqueting kitchens.
• Use of tables & chairs.
• White table linen - table cloths & napkins.
• Cutlery, crockery & table glassware
• Corkage
• Free car parking including coach parking (subject to availability)
• Pitchside photography if required (subject to fixture & maintenance of the pitch).
• Small changing room for the Bride & Groom.
• Cleaning of the facilities after the event.
• On site security
• On site venue supervisor.
  

The Premiership Suite as a whole can accommodate up to 1,000 guests seated for a formal meal but can be partitioned for smaller numbers.

Premiership Suite - up to 1000 guests
Saturdays - £9,250 (September to March £8500)
Sundays - £8,250 (September to March £7500)

Legends & Honours - up to 550 guests
Saturdays - £7,250 (September to March £6500)
Sundays - £6,250 (September to March £5500)

Prices valid until the end of August 2012, an additional charge may be levied for resetting of rooms.

You will have access to the suite from 6am until midnight on the day of your event.
